Warner's 1st deer!!

Yesterday afternoon, Warner killed his first deer. According to daddy - "First deer. One shot. Dropped in her tracks." Daddy was so proud, and now Warner is ready to kill a big buck!

Thanksgiving 2012 - Colorado

We spent Thanksgiving in Colorado with my brother and his family and we had so much fun!! I love my family and getting to spend time with them is one of my favorite things in the world. We ate and ate and ate...you get the idea! We visited the Air Force Academy - where my brother works and went to school, we made a trip up to Pike's Peak, and we visited the beautiful Broadmoor Resort to see Santa Clause. We have so much to be thankful for - including 4 precious cousins that love each other so much!

The men cooked a fabulous turkey on the big green egg - best turkey I've ever eaten!! Thank you , Pat.
(and yes, that is the view from their back deck - jealous?)

The Broadmoor - Kissy had them looking good in their matching outfits!

Warner had waited for this day for over a year, and finally on November 14th he lost his very first tooth!! He was so proud, and so were we!! It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating that tooth coming in, and now we are celebrating it coming out!

Halloween 2012

Warner & Jackson were Texas Rangers baseball players for Halloween this year. They never mentioned a costume, so I knew we had these jerseys. Warner already had baseball pants, so the only purchase I made were Jackson's pants. They were the cutest little baseball players and made us excited for baseball in the spring. We hit up JoJo & Pops house first, then went to a neighborhood in town and found some of Warner's school friends. They had a great time and filled their buckets with candy - success!
