The week after Disney World, Jackson came down with the flu. We had one sick little boy on our hands! He started running fever Sunday afternoon and just went down hill from there. I took him to the doctor on Monday morning and after 2 hours of trying to get his fever down and running lots of tests (including a strep test that was negative), we were sent to the hospital for a flu test. The test came back positive, and he slept for 2 straight days. I could not get him to eat or drink anything. Then he finally perked up and was back to himself. I just knew the rest of us would get it, but somehow we didn't. Warner's school Christmas program was Thursday night, and I am so glad he was not sick! It was so so good!! His music teacher, Mrs. J, is wonderful and puts her heart and soul in to these kids and it definitely shows. I loved the music and so wish we had a copy to listen to every Christmas. I love that his school program gives all the glory to God and portrays the true meaning of Christmas.
Warner was loving every minute and singing his little heart out! We were so proud of him!!
