hurt shoulder and taking steps

I decided on Saturday afternoon that I was going to race Charles (my friend Lesley's husband) to the driveway and back. First of all, why in the world would I do this when the last time I sprinted was probably during high school soccer?? I took approximately 3 steps (barefooted), my feet slipped out in front of me and I fell straight to the ground, landing directly on my right shoulder. OUCH!! I have been out of commission since!! Chris has had to do everything - I have had a hard time even getting my clothes on and off. I went to the doctor today and I have a shoulder seperation - just has to heal on its own which could take up to 3 weeks - YIKES! Thankfully the farm got a good rain and Chris has been able to be home the last few days. It is almost impossible for me to pick up Warner so it has NOT been fun.

In other exciting news, Warner is taking steps. He's been taking 3-4 steps here and there for the last few weeks, but today he took 6-8 steps!! We are so excited!! He is so cute walking and so proud of himself!! I didn't capture any of this excitment on camera, but I did get some other cute pictures today of our little mess.
