Kissy & Buddy are HERE!!

Kissy arrived Wednesday and Buddy got here yesterday early afternoon, so Warner has had lots of loving and attention. It has been so neat watching my parents fall so in love with this little boy, and I think the feeling is mutual. When Warner sees his grandparents - Kissy, Buddy, JoJo, or Pops - his whole face lights up. I am so thankful that Warner has 2 sets of grandparents to love him.

Buddy went through Starkville on his way here yesterday and got Warner this little jersey. I am so proud to see Warner in maroon & white. GO STATE!!Spoiled rotten!! Getting to share a fudge pop with Kissy.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRIS!!

Chis is the BIG 3-0 today!!! Happy Birthday to the my husband and best friend and the best daddy to our son. We love you so much!!

Chris brought home his birthday present last night. It's more of a present to me and Warner - a new golf cart!! We are loving every minute of it...

Daddy's Helper

HARVEST is here!! That means less daddy time, but also relief for Chris to see that all his hard work has paid off. Corn is cut and soybeans and rice are underway. Warner & I rode with daddy for a little bit Saturday afternoon. Warner was a little scared of the LOUD combine as it pulled up, but once he saw his daddy was the one operating the scary machine he was ready to get on and ride.

1st Ice Cream Cone

Warner had his first ice cream cone at JoJo and Pops house this weekend. He's just like his mommy - he LOVES sweets!!

THANK YOU Mamaw & "B" for my Mississippi State t-shirt. I LOVE IT!!! Can't wait to wear in on game day. My mommy taught me to say "ruff ruff" when she says "We got some dawgs up in here!" I am ready to cheer on our Bulldogs!!

Mini Popsicles

I found these at the grocery store today. So cute!! Perfect for Warner since they are small, and he loves that he gets to hold it by himself.

HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!

Just recently, instead of crying when he wakes up from his nap, Warner has started talking and/or yelling for us. It is the cutest thing!! He is so happy when he wakes up and LOVES to play in his bed for a little while. If you try to take him out too soon he is not a happy camper. I took a couple of pictures today of him being silly in his bed.

I have a feeling this will not be the last time he looks at me like this. It's like he's saying, "how many more of these pictures are you going to take?" I love the little faces he makes - this one in particular makes me laugh!!

My Little Engineer

Warner has an obsession!! He loves to put things in their place - unplug & plug it back in, put the coins in the slot, connect the ends of the wire, put the shapes in their correct slot, put the balls in the hole - he loves to "figure it out".

He spent about 15-20 minutes this morning on his car trying to buckle himself in - he wanted to get those 2 ends snapped together so bad!!

He got a little frustrated!!

We went over to Sam's house to play today. Sam has a John Deere Gator! I wasn't so sure Warner was going to like riding on this thing without me - thought he may be a little scared, but oh no was I wrong!! He LOVED every minute of it.

Warner got the cutest plate in the mail today from his Buddy & Kissy. Now we've just got to learn how to eat off it - instead of throwing food all over the highchair. Meal time is a little messy at our house!!!

WE'RE BACK!!

to the blogging world that is. We've all been hit with a nice summer cold, and of course it has taken Warner a little longer to get over it. He's had a bad runny nose for 2 weeks now - hopefully this medicine will start working soon. Here are a few pictures of our little busy boy from the last few days.
