fishing with daddy

I love afternoons like this - just the 3 of us enjoying God's creation! It was such a beautiful day and the fish were biting too. Warner just likes to eat and drink from the cooler - Chris & I were the only ones into fishing. Let's just say that a metal boat when you're 8 months pregnant is not the most comfortable thing, but spending time with my boys is worth the pain.

swimming lessons

My little fish FINALLY took swimming lessons this summer - it was my fault we were so late getting in. He did so good, but I wouldn't say that he loved going everyday. He didn't really like having to follow directions - he just wanted to play play play. He learned how to dive, swim to the ladder, go under and pick up rings, and float on his back. I was so proud of him!

OUCH!!

This little boy has bumped his head so many times in his short 3 years of life, but this one topped them all!! I don't think the picture really does it justice. It swelled so big, so fast - he almost put me in heart failure!! Thankfully he was back to himself in no time, and it already looks so much better today.

Jackson's nursery part 1

Here's a little teaser to show you a little of Jackson's nursery. I'll show you the second part of the room later when it's all finished. I am so so happy with it - Chris has to turn the light out at night and kick me out!! I could just stay in there all day and stare. I have been dreaming of another baby and this nursery for a long long time. I can't believe this dream is about to become a reality!!!! I can't wait for Jackson to get here!!

30 weeks

I am 30 weeks this week!!! It is really flying by - I can't wait to meet this little kicking machine inside of me!! His nursery is coming together - I'm still waiting on several things that are being made and then I'll post some pictures. I think it's going to turn out cuter than I had imagined. I've had fun picking out some little clothes - even though he doesn't need much thanks to Michelle (Chris' sister that has twin boys). Time is really flying by!! It's wierd to think that in a little over 2 months this little boy that I have been dreaming of will be part of our family. I can't wait!!!

We had a doctors appointment today with ultrasound. It is getting harder & harder to get good pictures since he is running out of room. We get great pictures of his feet as they are usually up by his head - he is always in a ball and won't show his face!! His head has been in my ribs for the past 10 weeks so I was glad that it had finally moved down. He is weighing in at 3 lbs 9 oz and his heartbeat was in the 140's. The most exciting news is that the fliud levels are still fantastic, he is measuring right on target, and the blood flow through the cord is great. Praise God!!
